Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to SilaTrail. Read them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using SilaTrail, you agree to these terms. You must be at least the age of majority where you live and have authority to act for any business you add.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that invited users are authorized to access the relevant business records.
3. The service
SilaTrail helps users capture, organize, review and export business records. Automated receipt reading and matching may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you must review records before relying on them. SilaTrail does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice and does not file tax returns.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant Silahub Technologies Inc. the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that content to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not use the service to store unlawful or harmful material.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use SilaTrail for unlawful activity.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, billing periods, prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already paid are not refundable.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep SilaTrail available and may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and manage your subscription at any time.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for maintaining records required by law, reviewing exports, and obtaining professional advice for your circumstances.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silahub Technologies Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by decisions made from unreviewed automated output. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for SilaTrail in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
